Can Kylo sense their general aura? Yep!
On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? Light aligned but she's done some bad stuff and you really won't like her when she's angry.
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? Maybe? Wanda has some pretty strong mental powers of her own so let me know if it comes up. She can be cagey sometimes but Wanda's not really in the habit of outright lying.
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? He's certainly welcome to try but Wanda will resist and might try to turn the tables and pull a Rey on him. I don't think he could overpower her unless she's severely compromised in some way.
JEDI MIND TRICKS Y/N? I'm going to say that Wanda's immune to these, but he can try.
Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Again, he's welcome to try but Wanda will fight back.
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? YEP. Wanda's powers can be divided into several basic functions: telepathy/mind reading, telekinesis, energy(?) projection/"magic", and mental manipulation. Jury's out on exactly what the red energy is since the writers are staying vague about her powers, but in-game it's been called both energy and magic. Her permissions post is here and you can see it in action on her visualocities. Nowadays she uses them for good, though she might make questionable moral decisions if certain buttons get pressed.
Her powers are artificial and come from HYDRA messing around with the Maximoff twins and Loki's scepter/the Mind Stone. Wanda herself is not aware of exactly what they did to her.
As for how her powers interact with the Force, I think Kylo would definitely be able to tell right away that something's Not Normal about her. Again, canon is vague so please feel free to hit me up on Plurk or PM if you have questions or things you want to do.
