Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? Sure. He might have a lot to hide, he might not. Who knows.
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? Certainly.

Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Sure.
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? He doesn't have powers, exactly, but he is stronger/faster/more resilient than a normal human thanks to genetics and the cloning process and everything.
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? If he wants to make a very angry punchy enemy, yes indeed.
