Can Kylo sense their general aura? I'm not sure how to answer this! L is intelligent, observant, pragmatic, skeptical, and extremely private. His intentions towards others are not usually bad, unless he thinks someone is A Problem. (A major risk to others.)
On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? Can I do this in D&D alignments instead? L is on that little point on the diagonal between Neutral Good and Chaotic Neutral. Definitely more light than dark, but his motives are not always pure, and his methods can be shady and harsh. On the other hand, he's not ego-driven at all and he generally works on the side of "good" if one is identifiable.
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? Maybe! Ask at the time, because I think a lot of this would depend on where it was going. Most of L's lies are basically self-preserving: he simply doesn't want to give people a ton of true information about himself, because in his experience, it's "unsafe" or "unwise." He and Kylo have the same job on the ship, and most of his lying that isn't pure self-preservation or harmless joking around would be in service of that job.
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? Tooootally context-dependent, I think. L would not appreciate it but I might be down with it. It might be interesting for Kylo to pull up stuff about L's previous game, specifically the things that happened just before his pull point, but again, whether or not it would be a good idea would depend on other factors. (That stuff is in his app!)

Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Most likely yes, as long as it's not fatal.
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? No, he's just a normal human who happens to be unusually smart.
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? OMG Ben go break your own toys! (Uh, no, in reality, it depends on the stuff. If he wants to scatter an excessive number of Sharpie markers, he totally can.)
