Can Kylo sense their general aura? Yep! He's generally intensely emotional, and it's usually on the side of bitterness, anger, distrust, cynicism, and defensiveness.
On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? Fairly dark, but not on the like serial killer side of it? His world is really, really fucked up (and there's an opt out post you'll probably want to take a look at), and he's been a victim of a lot of that, so it's made him hateful of the world around him and humanity in general outside of like 5 people, lmao. He's murdered upwards of 300 people, but they've all been pretty fucked up people. He'd take pleasure in that, but mostly be just indifferent to anyone not so personally being hurt/killed. Mostly, he's idealistic on the moral side of things, but in a very uh biased and unforgiving kind of way. Think Punisher, maybe?
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? Sure!
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? Pretty pretty please definitely contact me first, as Andyr has massive issues with consent violation and will most definitely lose his fucking shit about it, and while I'm willing for that to happen, it's not always a great idea, and lmfao I don't want him kicked off the ship for attempted murder :'D

Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Same as above
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? He has a genetic mutation that's made him stronger and more durable, check out the permissions info for the abilities section there, but he's general a physically enhanced human, but nothing Force-like, no mind powers. It's usually used to hurt people, or defend himself (which he does by hurting people fdklsjg). The Force would effect him like it would anything else, Kylo just might want to use more of it for the fact he has more strength to put into resistance? And he sort of goes batshit levels of resisting any time he's manhandled/held down/whatever. So, yes.
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? Lmfao, go for it, expect him to be pissed. Andyr doesn't have a lot of personal stuff, probably the only thing I'd say no on is any books he picks up (because they sort of keep him sane), and any aquarium he might end up with eventually (bc fish are his babbies, he's weird)
