On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? Very much on the Light. (Since it hasn't been clarified if the Phoenix Force is dark, I'm going to go with Light for now.)
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? He can but Jean will be able to sense the same with him.
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? He can try to but Jean will def sense him and will shove him out (he may see this mentally in the form of a bird of fire). He is also free to sense Jean if she tries to do the same with him.
JEDI MIND TRICKS Y/N? He can try but I think she'd be able to tell what he's doing with her own powers being as strong as they are.
Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) LET THEM FIGHT. But seriously, if he tries, he will be getting as good as he gives.
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? She's a Class 5 mutant with powerful telepathy and telekinesis as part of her abilities. Basically, she could easily be confused for someone that is Force sensitive.
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? He can if he finds her stuff! But expect some serious retaliation, sir.
