Can Kylo sense their general aura? He can try, but Tron isn't human so he may not be able to.
On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? Tron is all light unless he's slipped into his Rinzler persona... but again, he's a digital being and hence might not be able to be sensed by the Force.
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? Nope, he's probably going to be a blank slate for Kylo
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? Nope, he's not going to be able to read him, he's probably going to feel like a droid to him.
JEDI MIND TRICKS Y/N? Nope, good luck affecting a computer program
Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Yep, he can be physically affected.
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? He's stronger than a human by quite a bit.
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? Tron doesn't have any "stuff" really...
