Can Kylo sense their general aura? Oh yeah. I tend to describe Maya's demeanor as a survivor and her nature as a caretaker. She has a lot of anger and a lot of resentment, but she's also astonishingly loyal and generally decent.
On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? She's a Chaotic Good. She tries to do the right thing, but generally not in the right way or legal way.
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? Gonna say yes. Maya lies a lot. And she's not exactly well-trained. (Might be revisited depending on future relationships with other Jedi-types.)
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? Ugh. I think this is kind of a case-by-case basis thing. For the most part, yes. But there are certain secrets she can hide (ones that largely won't be relevant to the game setting).

Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Yup. Although she might fight back.
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? SHE HAS THE FORCE, YO. She's also pretty damn good at hand-to-hand.
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? Gonna say no, except for her uniforms.
