Can Kylo sense their general aura? I'm going to say... yes. While Cybertronians have mechanical bodies, they are basically animated by their sparks, which are magical space orb things that hold their 'soul/essence/etc.'. So he'd probably be able to sense his robot feefees.
On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? Former violent warlord trying to earnestly make up for his horrible deeds? A very gray area. Kylo can feel free to notice he's a big fuckin mess.
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? Sure! .
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? Probably not, the memory/thinking part is actually completely mechanical.
JEDI MIND TRICKS Y/N? Probably not, he tends to resist that kinda thing.
Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Kylo you have better fights to pick than with the giant robot, good lord. Megs is a damage sponge though and would probably try to put him in a tantrum cube before killing him, so feel free.
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? Aside from the whole giant robot thing, he happens to have a spark that's much brighter than average for his species. It lends to a stronger and more animated body.
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? He will be very mad if you do good sir >:(
