Can Kylo sense their general aura? Sure! Light is as calm and level-headed as he appears. Maybe just a touch more suspicious of everyone than he lets on.
On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? I'd say he's pretty much on the light side. He has very little interest in personal gain or power, and has accepted his limitations in life. However, his little sister his is berserk button, and he is capable of getting extremely violent and taking revenge on her murderer. This technically hasn't happened (multiple timelines), but the potential is there. However, Light uses his psychic ability for good.
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? Yes, but mostly Light simply lies by omission. He's very private.
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? He would be able to sense it, and if it happened more than once might try to find a way to retaliate / defend himself. I doubt he'd be that successful at it, though.
JEDI MIND TRICKS Y/N? N. I think he'd be aware of someone influencing him and resist.
Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Sure.
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? Here's were things get interesting. Light is an esper, which means he can use the power of morphogenetic fields to receive and transmit information. He does this almost exclusively with his little sister, with whom he is powerfully linked. Without getting too far into theory of morphogenesis and the plot of the Zero Escape franchise (maybe energy fields surround living things, and if you screw with people enough sometimes they'll be able to transmit knowledge/thoughts/memories/a projection of themselves across time and space!), I'd say Light would present as someone who's Force sensitive. He can feel things, sense echoes of things that have happened or receive information if it's powerfully transmitted, but does not have the power to directly influence things alone. However, since he and his sister communicate psychically, I think he would be sensitive enough to understand if someone else was poking around his mind.
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? Sure, though he doesn't have much. And it would be an even bigger dick move than usual because Light is blind, so having anything out of place is an extra challege to him.
