He used to be a golden boy, got damaged some, then became a stone cold, relentless juggernaut of a killing machine, and now he's... something entirely new, a combination of all of them.
On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? He's in the middle. He's not a good man and he knows it. He tries, though, but at this point he's too deep in too much blood.
He might be determined not to kill again, but he will do it if it means protecting his friends; the murderous impulses are still there, as is the predilection for brutality and violence. It comes to him easily, but he keeps it under wraps.
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? Yeah, go for it!
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? Yes. It'll traumatize and infuriate him big-time, thanks to the brainwashing and the mind-torture he's endured over seventy years. What he will probably find is pretty fucked up.
JEDI MIND TRICKS Y/N? Not for this! Bucky's very strong-willed, he's cracked through Hydra's brainwashing quite often, and he's been known to cause them trouble on more than a few occasions by acting up.
Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Yes, sure!
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? That great big fuck-off metal arm; increased speed, strength, endurance, and the ability to take pain, and one hell of a lot of stealth.
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? HA he doesn't have any stuff to destroy :(
