Can Kylo sense their general aura? Sure thing! Elizabeth is pretty complex when it comes to emotional disposition, but generally speaking right now she's fairly positive and hopeful. This can change depending on the conversation though.
On a sliding scale of light-to-dark, where does your character fall, and can Kylo notice this? Probably about in the middle. I have no idea if you're familiar with BioShock or not, but there's almost no good/bad side, just people and worse people. Elizabeth has made some pretty dire mistakes and choices that couldn't exactly be called 'good' or 'accidents', and given she's killed people before she's not quick to label anyone 'good' or 'bad' either. Really, if she was told that everything had a dark side and a light side, she'd think they were full of it.
Is Kylo allowed to tell when they're lying or hiding something? SURE, SHE DOES THIS SO MUCH. Mostly lying by omission/not talking about really, really serious things. She's trying to focus on the present more than where she came from.
This is a big one: is Kylo allowed to use the Force to rummage through your character's thoughts and/or memories and extract information? Yes! Though she'd definitely fight him on it if she could tell what was going on. She's trying to keep certain things private, though I'm not sure she'd feel what was happening given she's not Force-sensitive...?
JEDI MIND TRICKS Y/N? PROOOOBABLY NOT? She's highly intelligent and very sensitive to someone telling her what she should/can/can't do.
Force jumps and you? (AKA: Force assault and you?) Yeah sure! Though fair warning, as someone with a very bad history of being restrained, she would Not Appreciate At All.
Finally, does your character have any special powers beyond that of a baseline human? At the moment no, though previously Elizabeth was able to open "tears"-- rifts between timelines-- and pull things into her current timeline or jump into other ones. She also had, essentially, complete omniscience for a time regarding all possible timelines. She doesn't have that ability back yet, but I don't think it would interact much with the force unless Kylo is able to sense disturbances like Obi-Wan? In which case if she starts opening doors to other timelines, he might be able to sense things through those...? IDK STUFF??
I lied. One more question. Can Kylo destroy your character's stuff? If he ransacks her library, there will be words young man. 8[
