Sure, for Kylo noticing! Deacon is ultimately more on the light side these days, although he self-describes as having once been violent scum. He's got too much fear and compulsive lying to be totally light, but he's basically motivated by altruism.

Yes, and Deacon lies a lot. A whole lot.
